Payment

On aclima.com, you can securely pay with Visa or Mastercard. Your card transaction is encrypted via Klarna, our payment solution provider. This ensures safe payments without worrying about your card information being compromised.

Aclima does not store your card number, and the full amount is charged directly from your account. If any items are out of stock, the amount will be refunded.

Pay by Invoice

Aclima.se offers Klarna invoice with a 14-day payment period. There are no extra fees unless you choose to extend the payment deadline. To pay by invoice, you must be at least 18 years old and pass a credit check. When choosing Klarna invoice, you need to provide your personal ID number, which is used to verify your registered address. If the address is incorrect, you will need to pay by card. We do not store personal ID numbers in our systems.

Your invoice will be sent via email when the goods are dispatched. In case of late payment, a reminder and/or debt collection notice will be sent, with potential legal fees. Continued non-payment will result in collection actions and additional costs. Statutory late payment interest will also apply.

Shipping and Delivery

Almost all orders from Aclima are shipped the same day or the next day after being placed.

For D2C costumers:

Free shipping on orders over €99 (1500,- on orders shipped to Norway and Sweden, 1000,- on orders shipped to Denmark)

For B2B costumers:

Free shipping on orders over €400 (8000,- on orders shipped to Norway, Sweden and Denmark)

Our delivery options:

• Post Office / Store Pickup
  Items are sent to the nearest postal location. You will receive an SMS notification with a package number when the package is ready for pickup. Packages are sent via Climate Neutral Service Pack, the default option for free shipping over €99-.
• Home Delivery - Evening
  Items are delivered to your home between 5 PM and 9 PM on weekdays. You will receive two SMS notifications, and a call 30-60 minutes before delivery. This service is only available in certain areas, which can be checked during checkout.
• Business Package
  The package is delivered to your business. Two delivery attempts are made to the business address. Be sure to include the business name, address, and recipient details.

Returns and Exchanges

At Aclima, you have a 30-day return policy. For items purchased in November or December, this period is extended until the end of January the following year. Please fill out and include the form that came with your order. The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags intact for the return to be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Hipsters and boxers cannot be exchanged.

Returned items:

The amount paid will be refunded to the same card/account used for the original payment. If you paid via invoice, the invoice will be credited.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must place a new order. We will credit the original item.

Terms and Conditions

All our prices include VAT. For orders under 99 EUR, a shipping fee of 10 EUR will be added.

Your order is usually processed within 24 hours on normal business days. The typical delivery time is between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your location in the country. Packages that are not collected or are refused will be returned at the customer's expense, set at 27,20 EUR, and will be invoiced later.
