Shipping and Delivery

Almost all orders from Aclima are shipped the same day or the next day after being placed.

For D2C costumers:

Free shipping on orders over €99 (1500,- on orders shipped to Norway and Sweden, 1000,- on orders shipped to Denmark)

For B2B costumers:

Free shipping on orders over €400 (8000,- on orders shipped to Norway, Sweden and Denmark)

Our delivery options:

• Post Office / Store Pickup
  Items are sent to the nearest postal location. You will receive an SMS notification with a package number when the package is ready for pickup. Packages are sent via Climate Neutral Service Pack, the default option for free shipping over €99-.
• Home Delivery - Evening
  Items are delivered to your home between 5 PM and 9 PM on weekdays. You will receive two SMS notifications, and a call 30-60 minutes before delivery. This service is only available in certain areas, which can be checked during checkout.
• Business Package
  The package is delivered to your business. Two delivery attempts are made to the business address. Be sure to include the business name, address, and recipient details.
