Withdraw from your order

If you've changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order – no reason required.

Use the form below to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. This is the official withdrawal process and is separate from our standard returns process.

Your right to withdraw

• You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you have nominated) received your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
• To meet the deadline, simply submit the form below before the 14-day period expires.
• After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the relevant items.
• You can withdraw from your entire order or only selected items. If you only wish to withdraw from part of your order, please specify the relevant products in the form below.

Once we receive your request, we'll send you a confirmation by email with information about the next steps.

Returning your items

Please return the relevant items within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Please pack the products carefully to avoid damage during transport.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
