Withdraw from your order

If you've changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order – no reason required.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal using our online withdrawal function below. This is the official withdrawal process and is separate from our standard returns process.

Your right to withdraw

• You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you have nominated) received your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
• To meet the deadline, simply submit the form below before the 14-day period expires.
• After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the relevant items.
• As soon as we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, we will process your refund. We will refund all payments we have received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The returned items will be inspected. Any reduction in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functionality may be deducted from the refund.

Returning your items

Please return the relevant items within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Please pack the products carefully to avoid damage during transport.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
