Sponsorships, collaboration and partnerships

Aclima has several established collaborations and ambassadors that we greatly value and wish to continue. These partnerships are a central part of our long-term strategy, and we therefore prioritize developing and maintaining these relationships.

At the same time, we are always open to getting to know new, relevant initiatives and outdoor profiles. If projects emerge that, over time, are considered relevant to our profile and values, we are happy to take a closer look at them.

Any collaboration requires effort from both parties, and we must therefore carefully evaluate each new partnership in terms of purpose, value, investment, sponsorship level, and time commitment.

We are primarily looking for people or projects that inspire more people to get out into nature, that promote sustainable outdoor recreation, and that have a clear connection to our field of expertise: wool and outdoor activities.

This is what we’re specifically looking for

• Long-term collaborations that build relationships and value over time, rather than short-term campaigns or one-off activities
• Projects with a clear ability to inspire and create visibility, whether through social media, press, TV, film, or other editorial platforms
• Clear and natural relevance to wool, technical clothing, and an active life in nature
• Initiatives that are firmly rooted in our values: quality, functionality, sustainability, and genuine experiences in nature
• Ambassadors and profiles with that “little something extra” – people who live and communicate outdoor life in an authentic way, who deliver with quality and consistency, and who understand how good storytelling can elevate genuine experiences, the use of products, and the relationship between people, nature, and activity over time.

How to apply

In order for us to assess a potential collaboration, we ask for a brief and concrete description of:

• Who you are: A brief introduction, background, experience, and any previous projects.
• What you are to do: A description of the project, the concept, and what is actually going to be carried out.
• When it happens: Timeline, including start, duration, and any milestones.
• How it will be made visible: Plan for visibility and exposure, including channels, publication schedule, and estimated reach (number of followers, press, TV, etc.).
• What kind of support you envision
• What we get in return: A concrete description of the value for us, such as content, visibility, product usage, storytelling, social media shares, talks, or other relevant activations.

Contract basis and deliverables

All partnerships entered into are confirmed in writing, either through a formal contract or email correspondence between the parties, clearly describing the scope, deliverables, and expectations.

If the deliveries are not in accordance with what has been agreed, we reserve the right to raise this with the partner and, if necessary, adjust, reduce, or terminate the collaboration. In such cases, it may also be relevant to consider a full or partial repayment of the values received, depending on the contractual situation and the extent of the deviations.
